We will gather the necessary information we need to lodge your claim and inform you of any documentation we require (quotes/reports etc). We then liaise with your insurer to determine the best possible outcome for your claim. We handle your claim from start to finish and update you regularly and consistently on the progress of your claim.
People are often reluctant to lodge a claim against an insurance policy for fear of their premiums increasing as a result. In general, an insurer is unlikely to penalise a customer unless that customer shows a propensity to claim minor issues on regular ocassions. Our view is that you pay your premiums so are entitled to claim all legitimate damages.
Nothing! As your broker we receive commission from your insurer, and a small brokerage fee charged to you each year to help meet administrative costs which we incur. This remuneration covers our expenses in managing your insurance requirements. This includes full handling of all insurance claims for every one of our clients.
